I am a new travel advisor at The Travel Agent Next Door and I did a lot of research before choosing this company. So far, I am very happy. Some agencies offered as little as 18 hours of training before being let loose on the world. I have had longer first aid courses! After a really bad experience as a client where their client service was a foreign concept, I feel capable and supported so that I can provide the best customer service possible.
